Upon learning of this hook-up, she "called [things] off" with Bieber.

We cannot verify this report, but we do know the following:

• Selena unfollowed Kendalll and Kylie Jenner on Instagram this week.
• She then cut ties completely with the photo-sharing service.

A couple weeks after Gomez fired her parents as managers, sources tell Us Weekly that she has hired Bradford Cobb for the gig. He also manages Katy Perty and Adam Lambert.

Selena reportedly took her parents by complete surprise in relieving them of their positions, with many wondering whether a family beef was to blame for the move.

Mom Mandy Teefy and stepdad Brian Teefey, after all, famously do NOT approve of Selena dating Justin Bieber again.

But others simply say Selena is looking to take a new, mature step in her career and wanted a proven manager at the helm.

Cobb was listed as one of Billboard's 40 executives under 40 in July 2013 and played a key role in turning Perry into a mega star.

Gomez, meanwhile, enjoyed her first-ever number-one album with 2013's "Stars Dance" and is hoping to make a similar impact on pop music.

With both recently back on the market, Selena Gomez and Orlando Bloom may both have found a rebound in the romance department: 

Each other!

According to The New York Post, the singer and the actor attended a Chelsea Handler taping at the Forum in Los Angeles together, arriving in the same car and leaving in it.

Gomez, of course, appears to be off again from Justin Bieber, while Bloom is going through a divorce from Miranda Kerr.

Here's where this rumor gets juicy, though:

Back in October, a rumor sprung up that claimed Bloom and Kerr split up due to the supermodel's obsession with Bieber.

One insider even hilariously claimed that Kerr "has taught her son how to say 'Bieber Fever'" and this caused a rift between her and Bloom.

Might Orlando therefore be aiming for revenge with this Selena hook-up? If it even happened, that is? We can't say.

But while these two were at least hanging out in L.A. Saturday evening, Bieber was spotted at Bastardo Brunch at Bocca di Bacco in New York City.

He wasn’t served any alcohol, witnesses confirm, and instead just relaxed with some good food alongisde 10 members of his entourage.

Sources say former BFFs Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are fighting over Justin Bieber, and no...it's not because Taylor wants to add another name to her long list of celebrity boyfriends.

Apparently Taylor agrees with the rest of the world that Justin is just no good for Selena and the two singers have ended their friendship as a result of their Bieb-related disagreement.

Selena and Taylor had a "falling out" regarding Justin earlier this year and even though it looks like Selena is dating Orlando Bloom these days, sources say she's still "not in the mood to reconcile" with Taylor. 

This feud may help explain why Selena deleted her Instagram recently and stated that she'd like to remove "toxic" people from her life.

It may also explain why Taylor has been seen courting new BFFs like Karlie Kloss and Sarah Hyland. Is she trying to make Selena jealous or simply trying to replace her former bestie?

Either way, insiders say Taylor has tried to patch things up with Selena to no avail. 

"She feels like Taylor is going to say 'I told you so,'" says one source. "There's not much more she can do. It's a two-way street and Selena needs to make an effort too."

But Gomez took a page out of her BFF's playbook to reveal her new, shorter hairstyle on Instagram today. The video shows the Most Elegant Princess in the World hanging out with friends, having tea... you know, just girl stuff.

Gomez went on an Instagram purge last week that included axing friends Kylie and Kendall Jenner from her life due to her desire to lose the negative influences holding her down. (But she's still clinging to Justin Bieber...)

Apparently her hair was a negative influence as she shed several inches of her long locks.

Her new look could be a haircut, or it could just be that she's had her extensions removed. OR she's pinned the rest of her hair back to make the front LOOK shorter. 

Either way, Selena Gomez' shorter hair is hot! But she could probably do anything except pull a full Britney or any of these crazy celebrity hairstyles and still look great.

There have been many theories regarding the famous Selena Gomez Instagram meltdown of last week but now it seems the singer may have had better cause for cutting ties with her online friends than anyone could've imagined.

A new report claims Selena discovered sexy texts on Justin Bieber's phone sent by none other than her former BFF Kylie Jenner.

Justin Bieber: Cheating With BOTH Jenners?

She naturally cut ties with the Jenner sisters online that same day and shortly after deleted everyone from her account.

This is not the first report of Bieber cheating with Kylie, but it seems that Selena was happy to ignore the initial rumors.

Now that she's been  confronted with hard evidence, however, Selena has apparently made the decision to cut Kylie, Kendall, and Justin out of her life for good.

Selena reportedly discovered the illicit texts while she was partying with the Jenners at Coachella.

Sources say she immediately fled home and began severing all digital ties to the famous sisters.

This latest falling out between Selena and Justin may help explain not only why she ended her online friendship with Kylie, but also why Selena and Orlando Bloom have been spending so much time together lately.

Meanwhile, a new report claims that Justin was spotted in NYC this week hanging out with Kendall Jenner, not Kylie.

Selena Gomez has ended her feud with Kylie and Kendall Jenner, according to a new report which comes on the heels of a number of salacious rumors.

Earlier this month, the singer abruptly dumped the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars on Instagram and in life, right after they had a blast at Coachella.

This sparked rumors that Kylie got a bit too close to her on-again, off-again beau Justin Bieber at the music festival, and that the Jenners were toxic influences.

"Selena felt that Kylie was flirting with Justin," a source says, adding that there may have even been some Kylie Jenner nude pic sexting action at play.

Another source says the incident occurred at a party at Bieber's pad.

"It got messy," says the Bieber insider. "Selena felt that the Jenner girls were flirting with Justin and his crew. She was really pissed and overreacted."

It's been over two weeks since the three ladies were photographed together in Indio, Calif., and Selena unfollowed everyone on social media out of the blue.

Now, all seems to be getting back to normal. Says a Gomez insider:

"Selena has no issues with the Jenner girls. They had an issue but they have cleared it up. She has always liked the Jenners. They had been fans of Selena since they were young."

They reportedly reconciled and cleared the air, though for what it's worth, Gomez, 21, has yet to add Kylie, 16, and Kendall, 18, back on the social site.

To Kylie and Kendall, despite Selena's good-girl image, she had it reversed; Kendall and Kylie don't use drugs or alcohol, while Gomez was out of control.

Despite the rumor that Bieber cheated with Kylie or was sexting with her, that was never proven and Gomez, by all accounts, has not been herself lately.

Whatever happened in the desert, tabloid sources say she immediately fled home and began severing all digital ties to the famous sisters after Coachella.

Meanwhile, another report surfaced earlier this week that claims Justin was spotted in NYC with Kendall Jenner, not Kylie. Clearly he hasn't cut ties.

This, of course, sparked speculation that Bieber has been intimate with both Jenner sisters ... which would likely be enough to push Selena over the edge.

Selena Gomez' Instagram meltdown made news recently, but it seems there was some truth to the singer's claim that she deleted all of her friends from her account so that she could focus on music.

Selena Gomez: Stars Dance Preview

That's Selena previewing a cut from her new album, Stars Dance.

It seems she's going in a much more mature direction with her music these days, which may explain why she's seeking to distance herself from drama like the alleged Kylie Jenner-Justin Bieber affair.

Though she'll likely never be quite as famous as her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Selena only needs a 17 second video to remind us that she's well beyond Bieber levels of talent.

Check out Selena's pipes in the video above, then show it to your kids to teach them what can happen when you develop a talent instead of spending all your time getting corny tattoos and egging your neighbor's houses.

Selena Gomez basically ended her longtime friendship with Taylor Swift because the latter was just too boring, according to a hilarious new report.

Justin Bieber did impact the Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift friendship to a degree, as Swift's dislike for the Bieb is well documented at this point.

Yet their issues ran deeper than that, and they've been drifting apart.

A source says Gomez, 21, and Swift, 24, haven’t talked at all lately.

“Taylor hasn’t talked to Selena since she started hanging out with Justin and Kylie and Kendall Jenner,” the insider said of Selena's current posse.

It goes both ways, though ... both laughably high-schoolish ways.

“On Selena’s side of this, she wasn’t too happy with Taylor Swift for befriending Lorde, especially after Lorde called her music out,” the insider said.

And then the killer diss: “Selena was also just so damn bored with Taylor. She didn’t want to bake cookies or paint anymore. She was just so done with it.”

Taylor Swift 'Dumps' Selena Gomez Over Justin Bieber!

While Swift is disgusted by her dating Justin Bieber, another source says Taylor is not giving up on her former BFF as she goes through a rough period.

"When Taylor heard she was going through hard times, and stopped following all her friends on Instagram, she called her and emailed her," a friend said.

“Taylor has reached out to Selena a couple of times recently, but Selena isn’t ready to be friends with her again. Selena is just not in the mood."

The long and short of it? Swift doesn't approve of Bieber, but this probably wasn't a long-term fit anyway, given Gomez's propensity for drama.

Despite her professed good-girl ways and aspirations, Selena's party girl, drama queen ways have given even Bieber and the Jenner girls pause.

Having decided she is SO over staying in at night and baking cookies, Selena Gomez has dumped Taylor Swift and sought the company of a new confidant:

Katy Perry! Says a source close to the pop star:

“Katy has been helping Selena ... she’s doing everything she can to help her right now as far as being a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk to that will understand."

“She’s like a big sister to her, a non-judgmental big sister. Katy doesn’t push her opinions on Selena, but whenever Selena needs her, she is there for her.”

Non-judgmental = the opposite of Taylor Swift?

Reading between the lines, it looks like Selena wants a female pal who doesn't care if she's back together with Justin Bieber ... and who's more fun.

This is true. John Mayer has probed more holes than Katy would probably like to admit, and on his worst day, Justin is a punk who isn't even semi-hard.

Selena has been making other changes, including firing her parents, Brian and Mandy Teefey, as her managers in favor of Katy’s manager Bradford Cobb.

Cobb helped propel Katy to superstardom and Selena is hoping he will do the same for her ... while at the same time bringing her closer to her new BFF.

Sources say she's quashed that beef and there's no bad blood between Selena and the sisters, but it looks like she's content to be in Katy's presence now.

Celebrities like Selena Gomez and Salma Hayek have paved the way for future entertainers of Mexican descent and the list of stars from south of the border who have achieved global success is growing every day.

Mexican-American director Robert Rodriguez recently launched El Rey, an English language television network targeted at Latino audiences and highlighting the achievements of Mexican-Americans in the media.

El Rey is just the latest in a long line of cultural coups that reflect the changing face of the American population as well as the essential on-going contributions made by actors, writers, directors and singers of Mexican heritage.

Feud? What feud?!?

Despite talk swirling that Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are no longer friends because the former does not approve of Justin Bieber (and/or just wants to bake cookies), the singers hung out at last night's MET Costume Gala in New York City.

Perhaps in direct response to rumors of a rivalry, Gomez posted the above video on Instagram.

It’s set to the Dean Martin single “Volare,” it features the pair dancing around and it includes the caption:

Spring Breakers will forever be fondly remembered by film buffs as the movie that gave us James Franco with cornrows and 90 minutes of Selena Gomez shooting guns in a bikini.

Despite shockingly not sweeping last year's Academy Awards, Breakers has become a cult favorite and Wild Bunch productions announced today that a sequel to the boobs-and-bullets saga disguised as a high-minded art flick will be released with in the next year.

Sadly, at this time, it looks as though none of the cast or crew from the original film will be involved in the sequel. 

Spring Breakers 2 will reportedly feature different scantily clad college girls battling a fundamentalist Christian sect, no doubt frequently in slow-motion.

Producers claim the sequel will only feature brief "allusions" to the characters from the first film. 

We guess we're not surprised.

Selena Gomez dumped the Jenner sisters recently in an effort to remove "toxic" influences from her life, and it doesn't get any more toxic than James Franco with diamond-studded teeth. 

Given Franco's love of teenage girls, those two probably shouldn't work together for a while. 

So while it probably won't compare to the original, we guess we'll check out Spring Breakers 2, so long as it still contains the key ingredients of constant partial nudity and ridiculously over-the-top action scenes.

Selena Gomez is reportedly so desperate to quit Justin Bieber that she is willing to go to extreme lengths. Extreme, borderline ridiculous lengths.

The singer feels betrayed - whether by his cheating with Kylie Jenner or simply not living up to promises made - and wants to erase Justin from her memory.

How committed is she to accomplishing that, you ask? Well ...

It was April when Selena dumped the Jenner sisters, and Justin, after their latest falling out. Before that, they were back together and more in love than ever.

These things have a way of changing swiftly and drastically.

When Selena posed next to this superfan, she flaunted way more than just the sexy silhouette she is known for, as the side of her chest was on full display.

Looks like it was less malfunction and more wardrobe envelope-pushing, however, judging by the American Ballet Theatre 2014 Opening Night Spring Gala.

Selena Gomez wore the black strapless Lanvin dress with white satin bows down the side, stunning fans with its plunging neckline and high hem line.

And of, course, the glorious and ample side boob.

But it was April Fool's Day, we quickly owned up to the joke and we didn't allege Gomez MISCARRIED JUSTIN BIEBER'S BABY.

Sadly, the latest issue of In Touch Weekly cannot make such claims.

1. Selena Gomez Pregnant Story

This tabloid cover story claims Selena Gomez miscarried Justin Bieber's baby. For shame, In Touch Weekly.

In one of the more despicable examples of a supermarket tabloid being all supermarket tabloid-y, the magazine screams on its latest cover that Selena is PREGNANT & ALONE.

The affiliated story goes on to say Gomez got pregnant by Justin Bieber in 2012 and “wanted [to keep the] baby” because was a “sign she and Justin should be together forever.

Bieber and his team feared the child would sully his “clean image,” however, believing it would “would take away from his reputation as a heartthrob if he were walking around with a baby carrier at 18."

But this problem sadly resolved itself because Selena supposedly suffered a miscarriage about two months into this pregnancy.

An anonymous "friend" reveals to the publication that the singer subsequently "went into a complete downward spiral" that eventually led to her stint in rehab this year.

Are you buying any of this nonsense?

Bieber, of course, has been accused of fathering babies in the past; first by someone named Mariah Yeater in October 2010; and then a year ago by an unnamed woman who said her child with Bieber was already three years old.

Shockingly, neither story was ever validated.

A rep for Selena Gomez has come out and made it official: 

The singer has has never suffered a miscarriage.

The latest issue of In Touch Weekly dares to claim that Gomez got knocked up by Justin Bieber in 2012, wanted to carry her baby to term and start a life with the artist... but lost the child after about two months.

It went on to write that Gomez's heartbreak over this development helped land her in rehab a couple years later.

Even by supermarket tabloid standards, this was an especially inappropriate cover story.

In response to the ridiculous rumor, Gomez's rep tells Us Weekly the allegation is "100 percent fictional."

You didn't actually believe them at any point, did you?

Gomez and Bieber, meanwhile, were last spotted together at Coachella in Indio, California.

Some sort of falling out took place soon after that has once again thrown a wrench into this relationship, with some even claiming Bieber cheated on Gomez with one of the Jenner sisters.

It remains unclear what transpired between Justin and Selena.

The latter appears to be focusing on her professional life, however: Gomez recently dumped her parents as her manager and is now expected to sign with Katy Perry's manager, Bradford Cobb.

Let's hope this stupidly insensitive cover story didn't cause her to fall off any kind of emotional wagon.
