She may or may not be dating Justin Bieber. But Selena Gomez is definitely celebrating a birthday today.
She's now 21 years old!
The singer has been making news for personal and professional reasons these days.
Her relationship with Bieber remains a source of constant speculation, while Gomez will head out on tour this fall and just released the official music video for "Slow Down."
Selena's new album, "Stars Dance," comes out tomorrow. She'll subsequently hit the road on August 14 in Vancouver, wrapping up these series of concerts in late November in St. Louis.
